It's time for you to stop, pause and reflect. There is a something subconsciously buried deep. You know it's there. It's been niggling at you for decades. You are that person who does everything for everyone else. You are that soul who doesn't even know what it feels like to give to yourself before others.

"It feels so wrong to prioritise me! How would I even change, it feels too overwhelming. What will happen if I stop doing it all, if I stop giving to others? Will they leave me? What will I have to lose if I change? "

The truth is you are already at a loss. You have already neglected and sacrificed yourself since childhood - you already watched your parents do it , where else did you learn it. You have been conditioned. You're in a programme and you're stuck.

Over the next 6 weeks of this programme I will hold your hand through every single part of this journey. The work I do with my clients is designed to help you feel safe and secure so that you feel held with love, compassion and non judgment so that you can release and heal pain that has been trapped in your body for lifetimes.

You see - your pain is trying to tell you something. It is time to stop ignoring it. You're already burnt out and exhausted. Your body is already screaming for help. It's time to listen to your body. Enough is enough.

It's time to make a decision to heal your body through methods which are gentle and so safe because that's the only way that I heal and help my clients. I will take you to your safe place at your pace.

Neglect of the self has run though your bloodline for generations. Together we can change these patterns so they cannot pass down on to the children of the next generation. Be the one who breaks that cycle. Be the one who sets everyone free.

I'll admit to being sceptical about healing. I didn't fully trust nor understand the concept of energy healing.
